A recent study completed in the United States of America has discovered many graduates beginning their work career are not prepared for the role they have been hired for.  This worrying research discovered a disparity between the expectations of students and reality.  Just under half of students who graduated in 2012 & 2013 consider themselves working in jobs that do not utilize their hard earned university degrees.  Furthermore, over 65% of those who graduated in 2012 & 2013 believe their University education prepared them for their career.  This year’s young job seekers are now considering career options earlier than previous graduates.
